From the mind of Kalamazoo College alum Lisa Kron, Well is a heartfelt and witty exploration of health, family, and community. Set in Lansing, Michigan, this semi-autobiographical play invites audiences into the life of Lisa and her activist mother through a series of flashbacks and candid asides. As the narrative unfolds, it delves into the complexities of caregiving, the messiness of memory, and the surprising ways we define what it means to be "well." Thought-provoking and unconventional, Well is a theatrical experience you won't forget! Well will open in the Carver Studio on January 17, 2025 and run through January 26, 2025.

David Mahon directs this production of Well featuring Courtney Stewart as Lisa, and Laura Van Orman as Ann. The rest of the cast is comprised of Micha M. Myers, Krista Roberson, Tyler Walker, and in their Civic debut, Michael Robertson II. Gari Voss is the Stage Manager for the show and Olivia Johnston is the Assistant Stage Manager.
